Pursuant to Section 3 of Executive Order N3 of Executive Order N-29-20, issued by Governor Newsom on March 17, 2020, the meeting of the Public Art Commission for May 27, 2020 will be conducted remotely and held by video conference. The Meeting will be broadcast live on the City's website (https://www.spectrumstream.com/streaming/south_pasadena_pac/live.cfm) and local cable channels.
Public Comment may be submitted for the May 27, 2020, 6:00 p.m., Public Art Commission Meeting by emailing PublicArtComments@SouthPasadenaCA.gov.
Public Comments must be received by 6 p.m., May 26, 2020 to ensure adequate time to compile. Public Comment portion of the email is limited to 150 words.
Please make sure to indicate:
1) Your name;
2) What agenda item you are submitting public comment on or if it is a general public comment; and
3) Clearly state if you wish for your comment to be read during the meeting.
Purpose, Membership, and Terms
The Public Art Commission is a five member body that is responsible for the review and approval of public art projects associated with the Public Art Program, including but not limited to, proposed site-specific public art, art donations, and public art developed with the funds from the Public Art Development Fee.
Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 6:30 P.M.
