Want to save 3,650 gallons of water a year in 5 minutes?

Yes, conserving water can be as easy as installing low-flow fixtures like showerheads and faucet aerators (and you can do it for free). Not to mention the energy and money savings, too!

Switch your standard showerhead to a low-flow showerhead! The average showerhead flows at a rate of 2.5 gallons per minute (gpm). If you take a 10-minute shower every day, switching to a 1.5gpm showerhead would save 3,650 gallons of water a year. Check out our FREE water assessments and devices!

We're proud to offer residential and commercial rebates on indoor and outdoor devices through our City rebates and partnership with Metropolitan Water District (MWD). Residents and business owners can apply for these rebates directly through the City's rebate program and the SoCalWater$mart website to receive rebate checks that include both the MWD and City contributions.
