Indoor Facilities

Facility Reservations - Information

  1. To check available dates and times, please call the Recreation Office (626) 403-7380.
  2. To reserve an indoor facility, complete the Indoor Facility Reservation Form(PDF, 179KB) and
  3. Submit to the Recreation Office at recreation@southpasadenaca.gov for processing.

Use of any indoor facility requires payment of a deposit, due when application is submitted. The refundable security deposit is separate from other fees and is fully returned upon staff verification that the facility is clean and returned to its original condition at or before the ending time indicated on the agreement. Additional fees and rules/regulations may apply beyond what is provided below.

The following indoor facilities are available for rental through the Community Services Department:

  • War Memorial Building (435 Fair Oaks Avenue)
  • South Pasadena Senior Center (1102 Oxley Street)
  • Eddie Park House (2017 Edgewood Drive)
  • Garfield Park Youth House (625 1/2 Stratford Avenue)
  • Orange Grove Mid-Level Room (815 Mission Street)

Reservation Form & Policies

South Pasadena Policies regarding indoor reservations:

  • Distribution of plastic carryout bags is prohibited (SPMC 16.32d).
  • Distribution or selling of food in any Disposable Food Service Ware made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam is prohibited (SPMC 16.42).
