Subject: Gang Member Arrested for Felony Vandalism

South Pasadena, CA – On Thursday, August 7, 2025, at approximately 12:22 p.m., South Pasadena police officers responded to a report of a male subject seen looking into vehicles and vandalizing a wall in the 1500 block of Mission Street.

Responding officers quickly arrived and located a male who matched the description and witnessed him in the act of graffitiing the wall. Officers contacted David Estrada, 24, of Los Angeles, and determined he had vandalized multiple locations within the Mission Business District. Estrada, a member of the “Florencia 13” street gang, was arrested for felony vandalism and transported to the Pasadena City Jail for booking.

A follow-up investigation is ongoing to identify additional victims and determine the full scope of the vandalism.
