Library/Community Center Site Plan Ad Hoc Committee

Meeting Information

It is expected that the City Council will dissolve the Library/Community Center Site Plan Ad Hoc Committee at a Special Meeting on November 5, 2025, after the Committee has presented its recommendation regarding site plan options for the Library Park Campus. The last meeting of the Ad Hoc Committee was a Special Meeting held Wednesday, October 22, 2025.

• The Library/Community Center Comprehensive Site Plan Ad Hoc Committee meets at 7:00 p.m. on the first Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at the South Pasadena Senior Center, located at 1102 Oxley Street, South Pasadena, CA 91030.

Purpose

The 15-member Library/Community Center Comprehensive Site Plan Ad Hoc Committee was established by the South Pasadena City Council on May 15, 2024. The Ad Hoc Committee's purpose is to work closely with staff and consultants to develop a site plan for for the Library Park site that is currently home to the Library, Senior Center, and Library Community Room.
