Subject: Information Regarding Thunderstorm Conditions in South Pasadena
South Pasadena, Calif.— South Pasadena is currently experiencing moderate rainfall, with showers expected to continue throughout the day. Residents are urged to exercise caution while traveling and take steps to stay safe during wet weather.
Self-serve sand is available for South Pasadena residents at the Arroyo Seco Racquet Club near 1000 Lohman Lane. Please bring your own bags, shovels, and gloves, and be prepared to fill the bags you need. This free service is available on a first-come, first-served basis. To report fallen trees, large branches obstructing the roadway, or other rain-related hazards, please contact the South Pasadena Police Department at (626) 403-7270 or report directly into the South Pas Mobile app.
If you experience power outages, contact Southern California Edison. For more information, visit SCE.com. In response to inclement weather, pole replacements scheduled for October 14, 2025 have been postponed.
