Message from the City of South Pasadena

 

October 27, 2025

 

Residents received an email around 10:00 a.m. this morning from the City of

South Pasadena regarding the City's utility provider, Munibilling. Residents

were advised to update their AutoPay enrollment, if applicable, before

November 1 to prevent being disconnected and potentially missing a utility

payment. The message was sent prematurely and action from residents will

not be required before November 1 as previously stated. The City will provide

further direction regarding your utility billing once this information is available.
