Subject: Community Invited to Weigh in on Height Limits and Development Standards at the June 16 Planning Commission Meeting
South Pasadena, CA – The Planning Commission seeks the community’s input on potential recommendations to the City Council regarding new height limits and adjustments to density and development standards to implement Measure SP at a community meeting on Monday June 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers. The Planning Commission and City staff will be in attendance to discuss the proposal with the attendees. Your input and presence are welcome.
Based on feedback during the meeting, the Planning Commission will consider making formal recommendations to City Council during a special meeting scheduled for June 24, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
