Subject: South Pasadena Police Department Equips Patrol Cars with LifeVac Devices to Enhance Emergency Response
South Pasadena, CA – The South Pasadena Police Department is proud to announce the addition of LifeVac anti-choking devices in all its patrol cars, strengthening the Department’s commitment to community health and safety. This initiative aims to reduce response times and enhance emergency care for individuals suffering from choking incidents.
LifeVac is a non-invasive airway clearance device designed to help dislodge common blockages during choking emergencies when standard techniques may not be effective. Its simple operation allows police officers, often first on the scene, to act quickly and decisively while waiting for medical professionals to arrive.
“Adding LifeVac in our patrol units reinforces our mission to save lives through every possible means” stated Police Chief Brian Solinsky. “In choking cases, time is critical. Having LifeVac readily available, our officers can provide lifesaving measures faster than ever.”
