Successor Agency

Following state legislation dissolving redevelopment agencies in 2011, the City Council elected to serve as the Successor Agency of the former South Pasadena Community Redevelopment Agency to manage existing obligations and distribute remaining assets, as required under Assembly Bill X1 26 and City Resolution No. 7205.
