Project Review Authority Flowchart
The City of South Pasadena allows for many types of development projects. The review authority for each project varies on a variety of factors - whether the property is considered an historic resource or non-historic, whether the property is residential or non-residential. As such, the flowchart below simplifies the review authority based on project type. As such, please review the flowchart to determine which type of review your proposed project requires.
