Indoor Facility Reservations

To check available dates and times, please call the Recreation Office (626) 403-7380.
To reserve an indoor facility, complete the Indoor Facility Reservation Form(PDF, 827KB); and
Submit to the Recreation Office at recreation@southpasadenaca.gov for processing.

Use of any indoor facility requires payment of a deposit, due when application is submitted. The refundable security deposit is separate from other fees and is fully returned upon staff verification that the facility is clean and returned to its original condition at or before the ending time indicated on the agreement. Additional fees and rules/regulations may apply beyond what is provided below.

The following indoor facilities are available for rental through the Community Services Department:

Eddie Park House

Banquet Capacity: 30 people | Theater Capacity: 50 people

General Hours of Reservations: Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PLEASE NOTE: Eddie Park House is currently unavailable for rental.

Refundable Deposit: $300.00 (necessary to book your requested date and time)

$100.00/hour
$50.00/hour (Staff Supervision in addition to Hourly Rate)

Important Information:

NO alcohol allowed.
NO central heating or air conditioning is available in this facility.
Up to two (2) private reservations will be allowed at this facility each month.

Garfield Park Youth House
