SPPD Arrest Suspect & Recover a Stolen Vehicle

On Monday, January 27, 2025, at 6:01 p.m., the South Pasadena Police Department received an alert of a stolen 2024 GMC U-HAUL truck in the area of Fair Oaks Avenue and Monterey Road.

Officers quickly located the vehicle traveling southbound on Fremont Avenue. A records check of the GMC confirmed it was stolen from the City of Concord, CA. An investigative stop was conducted, and the driver, 39-year-old Los Angeles resident Levon Oganesyan, was taken into custody without incident.

Oganesyan was arrested and booked at the Pasadena City Jail on several felony theft charges.
