What is TAB?

The South Pasadena Public Library Teen Advisory Board is a small group of local high school students dedicated to helping out and improving the library throughout the school year.

Right now, some of the ways we help out are:

-Assist library staff with light projects as needed (for example craft preparation).
-Suggesting ideas for the teen zone improvement and books or movies that they would want to see in the library.
-Giving book reviews on what teens are currently reading.
-Represent Teens during community library programs and be a voice for Teens within the library.

TAB Requirements

Teen Advisory Board members must...
  1. Be in the 9th-12th grades
  2. Have a South Pasadena Public Library card
  3. Attend all meetings and events to earn community service hours
