Library Community Room

The Library Community Room is located at 1115 El Centro Street, South Pasadena, California, 91030 (Map)

The Library's historic Community Room is available to rent when not in use by the Library or other City Departments and when Library Administration determines rental will not interfere with normal Library operations. Applications must be completed/processed, with all fees paid, at least 14-days prior to the event date.

Available hours: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Hourly Rates (minimum rental is two hours):

• $180.00/hour (Resident & Local Business)
• $195.00/hour (Non-Profit)
• $220.00/hour (Non-Resident)
• $50.00/hour (Staff Supervision, if required, in addition to Hourly Rates)

Rental Includes Use Of:

• Main Room (94' X 31')
• Padded chairs (180)
• 6' folding tables (20)

Equipment Available for an Additional Fee:

• AV/Sound System - $75.00 (digital projector, screen, DVD/Blu-ray Player, CD player, surround sound speakers)
• Baldwin Piano - $75.00 (professionally tuned on a quarterly basis)

Refundable Deposit: $300.00
